Do the medications in your list include brand name pills?

Each medication we sell is generic.


What do you mean by generic? What is the effect of such versions of medication?

The major differentiation between a brand name medicine and a generic version lies in its name, shape and price. In most cases, generic drugs are typically called by the name of its active ingredient whereas manufacturers use the brand name. Why don't your pills look like the brand name medication? Why do the pills I have received have a different name printed on them?

When do you post the charge?

We ship to almost all countries except for some countries in Asia.


Where do the pills come from?

All medication is manufactured in India. As such, the orders are processed and sent out from India.


What packaging is used and do I need to sign for the shipment?

Your order will be sent in a discrete envelope as your privacy is important for us. The package will be left in your mail box. If the order is sent by Standard Mail you don't need to sign for it.


Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?

Products are kept in stock for immediate delivery. Nevertheless, we check your order first to ensure that shipping information is correct and payments made. After that your order is packed and is sent out. The procedure takes 1-2 days.


What are the shipping methods?

• Courier Service: packages sent by this postal service can be tracked with the help of the tracking number supplied after the order is shipped.
• Standard International Airmail: the packages sent by this postal service can't be tracked.

What are the shipping rates and when can I expect delivery?

Shipping rates differ based on shipping type you select and your destination.

Is there a possibility that my package gets delayed at customs?

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?

If your order is of 90 pills or above, your order will be sent in a number of packages. You are going to receive 30 pills plus 4 gift pills in the first envelope and your second parcel with the remaining pills a week later.
