What do these pills do?
The most common cause of erectile dysfunction is tense muscles, which cause the arteries responsible for an erection to be constricted and not allow blood to flow through them. Caverta fixes that.
How do I take Caverta?
Caverta, much like almost every other form of Sildenafil Citrate, is taken with a glass of water. About one hour before sexual activity, swallow Caverta with one full glass of water. The compound will start to work. Do not take more than one pill per day. Take only the recommended dose. If you think you have taken an overdose of Caverta, consult a doctor immediately, as you might experience negative health effects.
Warning signs…
If you take Caverta and experience any kind of vision changes or vision loss, call a doctor immediately. While this is relatively uncommon, it has to be treated immediately, or you may experience other, more severe health effects.
Also, if you swallow Caverta and experience and extended or painful erection, which is defined as longer than four hours, call your doctor. While there is a simple fix for this issue, if you leave it unattended, you may have more serious health issues.
Less serious issues like nausea, chest and arm pain or dizziness sometimes occur. If you experience these symptoms, do not take Caverta again and call your doctor when you get a chance. These are not serious issues but they should be reported to a medical professional.
What are some of the potential side effects of Caverta?
Common side effects of Caverta include:
- indigestion
- flushing
- headaches
- stuffy or runny noses
- diarrhea
If you experience any of these side effects, cease the use of Caverta. They do not require medical attention.
If you experience any of the following less common, but more serious, side effects, call your doctor immediately:
- seizures
- chest pain
- change in heart beats
- repertory problems
- allergic reactions
- vision issues
- an extended or painful erection
What other medications should I avoid with these pills?
You should consult your doctor before taking Caverta if you already take any of the following medicines:
- Rifampin
- Erythromycin
- Cimetidine
- blood pressure drugs
- drugs for the treatment of AIDS or HIV
- drugs for the treatment of yeast or fungal infections
If you take Cisapride, Methscopolamine Nitrate, other Sildenafil products, Nitroprusside or other Nitrates, you should not take Caverta. If you do, you might experience a severe medical reaction. Consult your doctor for an alternative remedy.
Other important Information
Do not take Caverta if it is past the date specified on the blister pack. Discard the expired pills immediately and replace them with more recently manufactured Caverta.
Store Caverta at room temperature, somewhere you can be sure that pills are out of the reach of children. If a minor ingests Caverta, call a doctor immediately. It may cause a negative medical reaction.
